1. Who we are

Heal With Nayo is operated by You Rewritten 2.0 LLC, based at 30 N Gould ST STE R, Sheridan WY 82801, USA. This policy covers the website at healwithnayo.org and the forms on it.

2. What we collect

Two forms live on this site, and each collects only what it needs.

The contact form. Your first name, last name, email address, and message. That is what you type, nothing more.

The newsletter signup. Your email address, so we can send you the notes you asked for.

Our host also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) the way almost every website does. That is automatic, and it is used to keep the site safe, not to build a file on you.

3. How your information is handled

We use two trusted services to do the technical work. Each only sees what it needs to do its one job.

• Resend delivers contact form messages to Nayo's inbox and sends the automatic reply confirming your message arrived.
• Loops stores newsletter email addresses and sends the notes you signed up for.

These are processors. They handle your information on our behalf, under their own security terms, and they do not use it for their own purposes.

4. What we use it for

To reply to you, and to send the notes you asked for. Contact form details are used to answer your question or set up a session. Your newsletter email is used only to send the newsletter.

5. What we do not do

• We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
• We do not run ad tracking or retargeting pixels.
• We do not add you to the newsletter without your say-so. Filling in the contact form does not add you to the list. Only the newsletter form does that.
• We do not share your message with anyone outside of answering it.

6. How to unsubscribe

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes you from the list, no explanation needed. You can also reach out through the contact form and ask to be removed.

7. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. Use the contact form, tell us what you want from the email address you used, and we will handle it. We honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live.

8. Cookies

This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Only what our host and spam protection need to keep the site secure.

9. A note on the work itself

Thought Field Therapy, as offered through this site, is a complementary practice. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care, diagnosis, or treatment, and results vary from person to person. Nothing on this site or in a session should be read as a medical or psychological claim about your specific situation. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

10. Sessions, cancellations, and rescheduling

Full details on booking, cancellation, and rescheduling live in our Terms & Conditions. In short: we ask for reasonable notice to reschedule, and we handle it person to person, not through automated penalties.

11. Children

This site and these services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent us something through the form, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we update this page, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. If a change meaningfully affects what we collect or how we use it, we will make that clear, not bury it.

13. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
